Workouts at XRP fitness are written to be beginner friendly and can be scaled up to be difficult for athletes. The workouts provided every week are functional strength training with some HIIT. We use free weight and body weight movements to consistently build our body, strengthen the core, and burn off body fat. Every week we target your entire body in different ways so we can always keep our bodies guessing/ progressing and constantly see improvements.
Yes we do! We offer services that allow you to work directly with a certified nutritionist to help you reach your goals. We help you track statistics and progress through our complimentary XRP Fitness app to show you real time changes with your body. All programs are customized for each person and aren't the basic generic meal plans you might find elsewhere.
XRP Fitness is more than just a workout. Our coaches break down every movement of every workout to demonstrate everything, so you always have a clear understanding of the workout provided. We also go through extensive stretching and mobility to assure no injuries are caused by any workout. We offer a supportive community and personalized attention from our experienced trainers. Our goal is to help you not only reach your fitness goals, but also improve your overall health and wellness.
No prior fitness experience is necessary. Our workouts are very beginner friendly. Our workouts are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels, and our trainers will work with you to modify exercises as needed.
