Our proprietary program will help your youth understand the basics of athleticism, no matter their experience level.

Building the Foundation

Most kids are active — but they’ve never been taught how their bodies are supposed to move.

Over time, this leads to poor coordination, injuries, and a lack of confidence.

At XRP Youth Camp, we change that by teaching kids how to move with purpose—so they feel stronger, safer, and more confident in sports and everyday life.

Kids don’t just learn movements — they learn trust in their own bodies.

All Skill Levels Welcome

Whether your child is brand new to athletics or already plays sports, this camp meets them where they are.

We focus on:

Speed + agility mechanics (move faster and safer)

Strength + body control (feel capable, not clumsy)

Recovery basics (train hard without breaking down)

And yes — we keep it fun, engaging, and packed with energy every step of the way.

Our goal is simple: every athlete leaves sweaty, smiling, and noticeably more confident in how their body moves.

Whether your child is brand new to movement or already plays sports, this camp meets them where they are.

Every athlete is coached, encouraged, and challenged at their own level—so no one feels left behind, and everyone feels successful.

Groups are coached by age and ability to ensure safety, confidence, and quality instruction.

Every drill is designed to be engaging, interactive, and purposeful—so kids leave sweaty, smiling, and proud of what they accomplished.

We get it — new places and new faces can make kids a little nervous. That’s why we encourage every participant to bring a friend! Fitness is always more fun with familiar faces, and we’d love to fill the room with energy, laughter, and movement.

This camp isn’t just a one-time thing — it’s the start of something bigger. Our vision? To create a consistent, fun, and active weekend opportunity for kids in our community to move, grow, and connect.

Many families register with a friend — it helps kids settle in faster and have even more fun.

We keep groups small so every child gets attention and coaching.

Once spots are filled, registration closes.

If your child doesn’t leave feeling more confident and capable, we’ll make it right.
